- Bill Smith, a contractor, has fallen from a ladder in the Mechanical Maintenance Shop and has broken his arm and leg.
- He is not contaminated
- I am calling from ext. 4444
- 2. The Shift Manager has directed you to perform the actions to handle the injury per DOA 0010-07, PERSONNEL EMERGENCIES.
- 4. Inform the Shift Manager after the site nurse has been notified.
