Submittal of revised pages for the BMRC Final Status Survey Plan

Dear Sir or Madam:

The State University of New York at Buffalo respectfully submits the attached revised pages to the Buffalo Materials Research Center (BMRC) Final Statuý Survey Plan (FSSP), Accession Number ML12187A100; submitted to the Document Control Desk via letter dated June 20, 2012, Accession Number ML12187A097.

The revised pages of the BMRC FSSP are enclosed on electronic media and provide clarification of certain FSS survey statistics, sample numbers and detection limits.

The requested minor changes to the BMRC FSSP have been reviewed and approved by the BMRC Operating Committee. The changes to the BMRC FSSP are not significant and therefore do not require review and approval by the Reactor Decommissioning Safety Committee.
