50-057/2007-201)

Dear Dr. Vasbinder:

Thank you for your response of May 12, 2007, to our Notice of Violation issued on April 13,

2007, concerning activities conducted at your Buffalo Materials Research Center facility. We

have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. The

NRC will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future inspections.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
