Dear Sir or Madam:
Please find enclosed the Final Status Survey Report for the Buffalo Materials Research Center (BMRC) at the State University of New York at Buffalo. We are in receipt of the final NRC Inspection Report (No. 05000057/2015001) and the ORAU Confimlatory Inspection report (Final Report- Confirmatory Survey Activities Associated with Phase 2 for the Buffalo Ma~erials Research* Center at the State University ofNew York at Buffalo) both dated January 6, 2016.
- Our contractor, Enercon Services, has perl"ormed sampling, evaluation, and analysis ofthe resultant data.
Based upon these activities and data (provided in the enclosures) we have demonstrated that the BMRC site meets the radiological criteria for license termination. We therefore request the termination of this License R- 77.
