This letter confirms a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for January 31, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. (EDT). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity to discuss the high failure rate on the April 2011 initial operator license examination including planned corrective actions.
