Entergy is refiling "Entergys Answer Opposing Commonwealth Motion to Supplement Bases to Commonwealth Contention to Address NRC Task Force Report on Lessons Learned from Fukushima" (Sept. 6, 2011) to correct the caption on the cover page. While the caption on both page 1 of the answer itself and the certificate of service correctly identified that this pleading was being filed before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, the cover page inadvertently indicated it was before the Commission. No other changes have been made to this Answer.
