NOTIFICATION OF ISSUANCE OF CONFORMING AMENDMENT The Staff is providing this notification to inform the Commission and litigants that on August 27, 2019, the Staff issued a conforming amendment (Amendment No. 249 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-35 for Pilgrim) to Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) and Holtec Pilgrim, LLC to reflect the license transfer, which closed on August 26, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19239A037). The conforming amendment is publicly available at ADAMS Accession No. ML19235A050. As reflected in the order approving the license transfer (ADAMS Accession No. ML19170A265), the NRC staff noted that it would issue a conforming amendment to reflect the direct transfer of the license from Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. to HDI, as well as a planned name change from Entergy Nuclear Generation Company to Holtec Pilgrim, LLC, after the closing of the transfer.
