From: A. L. Avery & Son To: Docket, Hearing

Subject:

[External_Sender] FW: Docket ID NRC-2018-0279 Date: Saturday, March 02, 2019 11:25:13 AM To whom it may concern:

I am a former Pilgrim and Entergy employee. Pilgrim has supplied clean power to

Massachusetts and provided thousands of jobs for nearly 50 years. The early closure of

Pilgrim poses many critical challenges not the least of which is returning the site to its

full potential as an economic engine. This is among the reasons why Holtec's proposed

decommissioning plan is so important. Holtec's plan puts Plymouth ahead on an

economic development path by about 50 years, giving the town and the state the

opportunity to reap benefits sooner than under Entergy's SAFSTOR proposal. I support

the proposed sale of Pilgrim to Holtec and urge the NRC to approve this transaction

(Docket ID NRC-2018-0279).

Sincerely, James Sinclair
