Bill, Here is a copy of our expanded HH table that we started putting together in order to track completion of the open items. As we talked about in the morning call, take a look at this and your list and when you return from vacation, we will talk about how we want to modify the table to meet both of our needs. Since this is a working copy right now (youll see in the table there are currently highlighted sections and sections with crossouts and other markups), focus on the structure of the table rather than the detailed content as that may change from now until publication of SSER 23.
