RE: Salem--PSEG caics John, Presently, PSEG has committed to inspecting Unit 2 in the next outage, spring 2011. However, we did inform them last week that they need a structural integrity evaluation for Unit 2, not just an operability evaluation.

We will probably just debrief from the ISI tomorrow and leave the inspection open for several specific items which PSEG has not addressed. At present I believe there will be a violation for not performing the IWA-5244 required pressure tests for both Unit 1 and 2. We are evaluating several other issues for enforcement.

You are going to give the licensee some sort of violation for Unit 2? Do you think the licensee will dig up some portion of unit 2 buried AFW piping and inspect in the next refueling outage?
