UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION AND PROGRAM PLAN REVIEW

Dear Mr. Shea:

The staff of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has reviewed the revised Reactor Operator Requalification and Training Program Plan that you submitted by letter dated May 26, 2009. Our review concluded that these proposed changes meet the applicable requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.54 (i-1) and 10 CFR 55 and are acceptable.
