License Amendment Request (LAR) for Digital Control System Upgrade (2 nd batch of documents) - University of Florida Training Reactor (UFTR), DOCKET NO. 50-83 Please find enclosed the 2 nd batch of documents for the UFTR LAR for Digital Control System Upgrade. The 2 nd batch contains two revised documents and two new documents as follows:
Revised documents UFTR-QA1-01, "Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP)" (Revision 1)
UFTR-QA1-05, "Software Safety Plan (SSP)" (Revision 1)
New documents UFTR-QA1-03, "Software Verification and Validation Plan (SVVP)"
UFTR-QA1-06.2, "Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Plan" The revised documents, SQAP and SSP, should replace the version O's of these documents, send on February 17, 2010. The revised documents remove the need for addressing the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Considering the UFTR unique safety features, and our plan to conduct SIVAT, FAT, QA Audit and IV&V, we have determined that the RTM does not introduce any added value to the program quality. Therefore, we appreciate it if this version of the documents to be reviewed also. Note that according to our QA Program, the two documents are marked for all the changes.
