LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room, 0-11 B2 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of the conference call between FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (!\IRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss and reach a mutual understanding of the NRR staff's request for additional information and agreement on the licensee's proposed path to reconciliation regarding Generic Letter 2004-02, "Potential Impact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation during Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized-Water Reactors," dated February 18, 2010, for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML100290318).

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 meeting via conference call. Interested members of the public can participate in this meeting via a toll-free audio teleconference and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
