2 Overall Reconstitution B-1 Table B-2 Table B-3 Table Radioactive Release Non-power Ops PRA Configuration Control Documentation LAR and UFSAR

3 Reconstitution ONS-1 cable selection and routing in progress. Completion in early 2008. Results fed into B-3 table and PRA as completed.

Modification review from 2002 to present in progress. Completion by end of year.

Currently adding PRA components.

4 B-1 Table Rev 0 completed and in process to send to NRC Duke and NEXUS to incorporate comments for revision 1.

Chapter 4 inputs added to B-1 table Expecting to complete B-1 Table by end of September 2007.

5 B-2 Table Rev 0 complete and being routed to send to NRC Expecting to complete B-2 Table by end of September 2007
