This letter has been sent in response to your letter dated 04-May-2007 requesting financial qualification information for The Ohio State University Research Reactor (License R-75, Docket 50-150). The enclosed table provides the information in the format requested in your letter. The following should be noted regarding the information in the table:

1) An assumption of 4% annual increases was used just as it was used in our previous response letter dated 26-Jul-2006.

2) As the fiscal year at The Ohio State University runs from July 1st through June 3 0 th, the five-year forecast of fiscal years 2008 - 2012 covers the period from 01-Jul-2007 through 30-Jun-2012.

3) The response dated 26-Jul-2006 did not include revenues and expenses for instrumentation and equipment installations and upgrades, but we have included it in this response.
