e know that she will stay involved and want updated info as time passes, and I can provide some of that to her when we status the remainin but we had to pick a point in time when we could officially say that we either did or didn't substantiate the SCWE issue, and this seems like as good a time as any. If you have comments, please provide them to me, and I will relay to the staff here. As I am assuming Randy Blough had indicated to you and the other HQ folks who attended the "6116/04.meeting, we will likely still need your help in assessing PSEG's progress in implementing all the actions they committed to. You know....Are they measuring the right things? ...... Are the results meaningful?, etc.

Regardinjgthe FOIA question ..... we are fairly certain, and are anticipating, that the alleger will make a FOIA request for everything related to the NRC SCWE review. Even though there will be other issues within the same allegation file that remain open, and as such, the allegation file itself remain open, can we be responsive to the alleger, via FOIA, with regard to the SCWE issue?
