Re: IP Exit Meeting Jim - Thanks. I would like to attend the 7:00 am meeting, and have made motel reservations in the area. I called Tim at home, and he will know by Monday whether or not he's coming with me, or with Larry Rosenmann, on Tuesday morning (to be there in time for the exit meeting).

As I mentioned on the phone, there's a small possibility that I won't be able to attend either meeting, but I won't know that till sometime on Monday.

Dear Barbara and Tim,

It looks like Feb 28th at 11:00 is firm. The final Phase 1 monitoring well, MW-37, is being sampled today, Feb 24th, so our exit meeting will go as originally scheduled.- We hope both of you can still attend.

Today, Don Mayer of Entergy, mentioned that if MW-37 indicates tritium release to the Hudson River, then they intend to release this information to their Stakeholders immediately and characterize it as a "monitored" release. This would be based on their hydrology study derived calculations. Due to this turn of events, the NRC will meet with Entergy on February 28th at 7:00 am for 2 hours2.314815e-5 days <br />5.555556e-4 hours <br />3.306878e-6 weeks <br />7.61e-7 months <br /> to discuss their bases for this characterization. You are of course, welcome to attend this meeting as well. Hope to see you soon.

Jim - If you make a final decision on rescheduling the exit meeting today, would you let me know? Tim is out today, and I'd just like to get the word around as soon as it's decided. Thanks.
