Purpose:

The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with Constellation Energy, R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC to discuss the NRCs assessment of the safety performance of the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant for calendar year 2005. The NRCs assessment is documented in a letter dated March 2, 2006.

The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
