RE: Comment/Response for NMP I reviewed the NMP-2 USAR regarding the depression cone. The cone is located within approximately 300 ft of the reactor building, the area of interest is over 1200 ft away; therefore the statement is correct. The spill area is ~60 x 75 ft per GEOMATRIX's report. Finally, the majority of the volatiles that were identified as being above the "STARS" limits are now less than detectable (11/2/05); however, additional samples need to collected and analysis prior to closing spill.
