5. Remove test connection blind Blind Flange is properly removed using PasslFail flange from between valves the tools from the EOP gang box. (Rx 2CNS-V621 AND 2RHS*V70. Bldg EL 289)

6. Install 2 '/2 inch fire hose Adapter installed to test connection PasslFail adapter to test connection. flange correctly using tools from the EOP gang box.
