2004 ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT AND REVISED OFF-SITE DOSE CALCULATION MANUAL Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) herewith submits the enclosed 2004 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report (ARERR) and Revision 17 of the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS) Off-Site Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). The ARERR provides a summary of the quantities of radioactive liquid and gaseous effluent and solid waste released from the YNPS; and also includes a summary of the estimated dose commitments from all radioactive liquids and gaseous effluents released during 2004.
This information is provided in accordance with the YNPS Defueled Quality Assurance Program (YDQAP) and the YNPS ODCM.
The enclosed Revision 17 of the ODCM is also being submitted in accordance with Appendix D, Section B.5.d.3 of the YDQAP. This revision of the ODCM was approved for implementation on January 29, 2004.
