The 2 AB DG has been slow speed started and all actions through step 4.17 have been completed. A dedicated operator has been stationed in the 2AB DG room.

CUE: Local operator is performing Steps 4.20 - 4.25 concurrently.

Synchronize and Load 2AB DG CT: Operator places DG2AB 4KV CB T21A11 Synch Selector switch in MANUAL CT: Operator adjusts speed so the Synchroscope is rotating SLOWLY in the FAST direction.

Operator adjusts DG2AB run voltage is 2-3 volts higher than Bus T21A voltage.

CT: Operator closes DG2AB 4KV CB T21A11 control switch Operator verifies WHITE light permissive is LIT CT: Operator closes DG2AB Synchronize Master Close switch at 5 min to 12 oclock position.

Operator raises load to 900 -1100 kW (Uncontrolled rise noted)

CT: Operator takes action to unload/trip DG2AB by either:
