This letter is to inform you that the "Site-Specific Interim Compensatory Measures (1CM)" for the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR), as described in the Addendum to the MURR Security Plan, have been fully implemented. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved the ICMs for MURR on October 28, 2002, as addressed in the Confirmatory Action Letter, CAL No. NRR-02-004.
