This TAC was opened in anticipation of Calvert Cliffs submitting an evaluation of the impact of the LNG facility on Calvert. However, for other reasons, the changes to the LNG facility do not appear to be likely, so the licensee has not submitted anything. I recommend we close this TAC since it does not appear that the anticipated changes to the LNG will happen.
The hours charged to this TAC were to support a review of FERCs evaluation and participate in a meeting at FERC.

- Donna, I have seached the files and fail to find the file on TAC Nos. MB2437/2438, liquid natural gas facility. Perhaps you could shed some light on this.
