In addition, as indicated on the service list attached to May 13, 2002 letter to the EPA enclosed herewith, paper copies of the draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants, Supplement 9, Regarding Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, were served on Lisa Vaughn and Anne Cottingham, attorneys for Duke, Lou and Janet Zeller, representatives of BREDL, and Mary Olson, representative of NIRS. Consequently, additional paper copies will not be served on those parties. By copy of this letter, paper copies of the Draft Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact Statement are being served on Diane Curran, attorney for BREDL, the Office of the Secretary and OCAA. In addition, copies of the updated index and the other documents listed in this letter are being filed in the docket and with OCAA and are being served, by regular mail, upon David Repka, Esquire, attorney for the applicant, Duke Power Corp., Mary Olson, Nuclear Information and Resource Service, and Diane Curran, Esquire, attorney for Blue Ridge Environmental Defense Fund.
