Facility: R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244 Time and Date: 3:00 p.m. on April 2, 2002 Location: Ontario Golf Club 2101 Country Club Lane Ontario, NY 14519
Purpose:
The NRC staff and RG&E management will discuss the results of NRC's assessment of the safety performance at the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant for the period April 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001. The NRC staff will also provide an overview of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process.
NRC Attendees: M. Evans, Chief, Projects Branch 1, Region I C. Welch, Acting Senior Resident Inspector, Ginna W. Cook, Senior Project Engineer, Region I R. Clark, Licensing Project Manager, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Licensee Attendees: P. Wilkins, Senior Vice President, Generation R. Mecredy, Vice President - Nuclear Operations J. Widay, Vice President, Plant Manager R. Popp, Production Superintendent NOTE: This meeting is open to the public for observation. The NRC staff will be available at the end of the meeting to answer questions from the public. The NRC encourages public participation by observation of this annual safety performance assessment meeting and by providing questions and comments to the NRC staff following the meeting either in person or in writing.
