LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room O-14B8 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: Discuss the inspection plans proposed for the reactor vessel and internals, including the bottom mounted instrument penetrations, during the fall 2006 refueling outage.
