Purpose:
Supplemental Inspection Exit and Regulatory Performance Meeting with Constellation management. NRC will present the results of the 95002 supplemental inspection and discuss with Constellation issues associated with two "white" findings and one "white" Performance Indicator (PI) for the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant regarding the turbine-driven auxiliary feedwater (TDAFW) pump failures that occurred between December 2008 and July 2009.

2 Public Partlcipation*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting, and will have an opportunity to communicate with the NRC staff before the meeting is adjourned regarding Constellation's performance.
The NRC will also be available to answer questions including those related to the results of the 95002 supplemental inspection that reviewed Constellation's performance and corrective actions associated with the recent TDAFW pump failures that occurred between December 2008 and July 2009, at Ginna.

The NRC's assessment of performance related to the recent issues associated with the two white findings and one white performance indicator (PI) for the R. E. This inspection was conducted in accordance with the guidance of NRC Inspection Procedure 95002, "Inspection for One Degraded Cornerstone or Any Three White Inputs in a Strategic Performance Area," and will be issued within 45 days of this meeting.
The NRC's Policy Statement, "Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," effective May 28, 2002. applies to this meeting. The policy statement may be found on the NRC Website, www.nrc.gov. and contains information regarding visitors and security.
