_Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 21 Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), PSEG Nuclear, LLC (PSEG),

hereby submits Revision 21 to the Salem-Hope Creek Generating Stations Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program. Enclosure 1 contains Form 2 -

  • 10 CFR 50.54(p) Evaluation Form for the Salem-Hope Creek Generating Stations Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 21, that was implemented on January 17, 2017 and reflects changes associated with the ,Security Protective Strategy and changes to staffing levels in Section 18 associated with physical changes to the plant. Enclosure 1 also contains the NEI security plan change template from NEI 11-08, Guidance on Submitting Security Plan Changes. A copy of the revised.

  • The documents included in Enclosures 1, 2, 3, and 4, have been determined to contain safeguards information. PSEG requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, "Protection of Safeguards Information:

Performance Requifements, paragraph (a)(1 ). There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter. In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), the signed original is being sent to the Document Control Desk and one copy is being sent to Region I. PSEG requests that Enclosure 5, which contains security-related information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
