Attachment 1 provides a status of each compensatory measure for St Lucie, Turkey Point and Seabrook Station. FPL and FPLE Seabrook have therefore satisfied the condition of item C.1 of the Order.

FPL and FPLE Seabrook will revise their security plans to incorporate the compensatory measures required by the Order. These changes will be completed in accordance with 50.54(p)(1) as a change which will not decrease the effectiveness of the security plan FPL and FPLE Seabrook will also report to the NRC when full compliance with the compensatory measures has been achieved, as required by Item C.2 of the Order.

  • FPL and FPLE Seabrook will confirm eligibility for employment for new employees who are expected to seek unescorted access. This will be completed within the timeframes allowed and while observing restrictions of the responsible Federal agency. ContractorsNendors will be directed to comply with employment checks required by INS.
