On January22,2015,twoteleconferences wereconducted between the NRCand FENOCthatdiscussed theAdditional reporting Protocol requirements. Duringthese teleconferences, the NRCrequested thatFormsAP-1, AP-2,andAP-13be providedin addition to Form AP-17.The enclosure containsFormsAP-1 , AP-z,AP-13,and AP-17.
