Gudger (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Exemption Request to Extend the 10-Year ASME Code Updates for the Inservice Inspection, Containment Inservice Inspection, and Inservice Testing Programs, dated March 3, 2021 In the referenced letter, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.12, Specific exemptions, paragraphs (a)(1) and (a)(2)(iii) Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) requested NRC approval of a one-time exemption to extend the 10-year ASME Code updates for the Inservice Inspection, Containment Inservice Inspection, and Inservice Testing programs to 24 years for its entire fleet.

Exelon is withdrawing this request.
