SUMMARY

The FitzPatrick plant - with the exception of minor derates for rod adjustments - operated at or near rated power for the duration of the month of December 2002 with the exception of the following:

0 December 2, 2002 -0905 Power was reduced to 71.4 % reactor power for an intermediate rod pattern adjustment. Power was returned to 95 % reactor power at 1017 December 19, 2002 - 0828 Power was reduced to 75.9 % reactor power at 0923 and further to 75%

reactor power at 1100 for a sequence exchange. The plant then increased power to 82.8% reactor power at 1215 and back to 97% reactor power at 1235.
