SUMMARY

The FitzPatrick plant - with the exception of minor derates for rod adjustments - operated at or near rated power for the duration of the month of August 2002.

" August 8, 2002 - 2200 The plant reduced power to approximately 87.5% to support performance of a control rod pattern adjustment. Following completion of the rod pattern adjustment, the plant returned to full power. Full power was achieved at approximately 0830 on August 9.

" August 16, 2002 - 2216 The plant reduced power to 89% to support performance of a control rod pattern adjustment. Following completion of the rod pattern adjustment, the plant returned to full power. Full power was achieved at approximately 0000 on August 17.

"* August 31, 2002-2205 The plant reduced power to 90% to support performance of a control rod pattern adjustment. Following completion of the rod pattern adjustment, the plant returned to full power. Full power was achieved at 2334.
