Discussion

A typographical error has been identified in Information Notice 2002-29, Recent Design

Problems in Safety Functions of Pneumatic Systems, issued on October 15, 2002. The Event

Notification number of the event report submitted by the San Onofre licensee is incorrectly

given as 36980; the correct number is 36960.
