Dear Mr. Levine:
Thank you for your letter of November 6, 1997, in response to our October 8, 1997, letter and Notice of Violation concerning the omission of a requirement to suspend handling of fuel in the spent fuel during installation of a backup air supply to the spent fuel pool gate seals.
We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation.
We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
