NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-528/95-05; 50-529/97-05; and 50-530/97-05 Thank you for your letter of June 19, 1997, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation dated May 20, 1997.
Your response to Violation A identified that the information provided to the NRC inspector evaluating the facts surrounding the issue later proved to be incorrect and that you contested the Violation based upon additional information and facts which were not available at the time the Violation was cited.
We have reviewed your response and e'xamined information which validates the facts you,presented in your response.
We have concluded that the new information demonstrates that Violation A did not exist.
Accordingly, we withdraw Violation A.
We have reviewed your reply to Violation B and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been'achieved and will be maintained.
