Areas Inspected: Included a review of the licensee's actions and progress for implementation of the security program. Specifically, the following areas were reviewed: Security Plan and Implementing Procedures; Management Effectiveness -

Security Program; Training and Qualification Plan; Safeguards Contingency Plan; Security Organization; Physical Barriers - Protected Area; Security Program Audits; Access Control - Personnel; Detection Aids - Protected Area; Alarm Stations; Communications; Assessment Aids; and Licensee Actions on Previous Inspection Findings.
