l This routine, announced inspection was conducted in the area of Physical Security Program for Power Reactors.

Specific areas reviewed were:

Management Support, Security Program Plans, Protected and Vital Area Barriers, Dciection and Assessment Aids, Protected and Vital Area Access Control, Alarm Stations and Communications, Power Supply, Testing, Maintenance and Compensatory Measures, and Security Training and Qualification.

Results:

In the areas inspected, violations or deviations were not identified.

Four open items were closed during this inspection (See Paragraph 3). The licensee continues to provide an adequate physical protection system and security organization consistent with the common defense and security of the publics health and safety. Noteworthy was the professionalism of the onsite security staff and security force personnel.
