Station Directive 3.11.1, Revision 5, Housekeeping and Cleanliness Levels in Safety Related Areas The above documents were reviewed to verify that:

A formal program for housekeeping activities has been established which includes cleanliness zones, assignment of responsibility and periodic inspection.

.Preoperational Test Procedure Review and Test Witnessing (70703B, 70312B)

The inspector reviewed portions of preoperational test procedure TP 1/A/1200/01, Revision 10, Component Cooling Functional Test. The procedure was reviewed to verify that it was consistent with FSAR chapter 14 and Regulatory Guide 1.68 commitments. The inspector verified that the procedure contained the required reviews, management approval, specified format, precautions and acceptance criteria.

Testing Pipe Support, Restraints and Thermal Expansion The inspection witnessed a portion of TP 1/A/1200/01, Component Cooling Functional Test, Section 12.10 which is the adjustment of cooling water to the engineered safeguards equipment for train 1A. During the conduct of the test the inspector verified that the latest revision was. incorporated into the procedure, that procedure prerequisites were being met and pre-cautions and test procedure steps were being observed.
