COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - NRC SECURITY INSPECTION REPORT 05000397/2018410
Dear Mr. Reddemann:
On February 14, 2018, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection at your Columbia Generating Station. The NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. T. Phelps, Security Operations Supervisor, and other members of your staff. The results of this inspection are documented in the enclosed report.
The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with NRC rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.
The NRC inspectors did not identify any finding or violation of more than minor significance.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, of the NRC's Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). However, the enclosed report contains Security-Related Information in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present a security vulnerability. Therefore, the material in the enclosure will not be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the PARS component of NRCs ADAMS.
