NRC INSPECTION REPORT 98-11
Dear Mr. Ray:
Thank you for the letter of July 29,1998, in which you provided a time line depicting examples of radioactive material release issues and the corresponding corrective actions that were implemented. The information provided us with a clearer understanding of the actions taken to address these issues at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. The results of our review of this information were included in Inspection Report 50-361/98-11; 50-362/98-11.
This particular letter was addressed directly to Mr. Larry Ricketson of my staff. In order to ensure that all such correspondence is properly handled in accordance with our internal document control system, we request that any future submittals of inspection related correspondence be addressed to either: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, ATTN:
