Enforcement Conference An enforcement conference was held on August 30, 1990, at the Region V office, Walnut Creek, California to discuss the following:
(1) Description.of the

apparent violation associated with the July 19 - August 17, 1990, security inspection as documented in Inspection Report No. 50-344/90-23 (IE-V-932),
dated August 21, 1990; (2) NRC concerns; and (3) Licensee corrective action planned and implemented.
The apparent violation involves the licensee's failure to detect and prohibit the entry of an unauthorized firearm into the plant's protected area.
