This confirms our plans as discussed on March 20, 1990, between Messrs. L. Greger and R. Hague of this office and Mr. D. Mineck of your staff to conduct an Enforcenent Conference from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m., (CST) on April 5, 1990, at the Region 111 Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The purpose of this Enforcement Conference is to discuss the apparent violations documented in Inspection Report No. 331/90005(DRSS) concerning all issues related to an administrative overexposure which occurred on November 11, 1989.
At the Enforcement Conference, you should be prepared to discuss the topics listed in the enclosure to this letter. We request you provide a handout at the Enforcement Conference that succinctly describes your position on the discussion topics.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have regarding this matter.
