Areas Inspected:

Routine, unannounced inspection by one regional based inspector of work activities and documentation pertaining to the ir,stallation of instru-mentation systems / components; status of previously identified outstanding items; and facility inspection.

The inspection involved 27 inspector-hours onsite by one regional based inspector.

Plant Tour The inspector observed work activities in progress, completed work and construction status in several areas. Work items were examined for obvious defects and for noncompliance with regulatory requirements and licensee commitments.

Specific activities and completed work observed by the inspector including general housekeeping 3 cable tray fill, supports, separation and cable tray / conduit identification.

No items of noncompliance were identified.

bolted instrument racks.

The inspector reviewed licensee Calculation No. NM(B)-252, optional Task Code CZC, Sheets 1-16 to determine adequacy of welds for seismic qualification.

Licensee data was in error as a result of using an incorrect baseline dimension, calcula-tions were redone with new baseline dimension resulting in safety factor of 130%.

Data to be revised incorporating the change.

The inspector had no further questions.
