Vice Presider.:

Docket No. 50-320

-

P. O. Box 342

Reading, Pennsylvansa 19603 Reference: Your letter dated February 13, 1976 In response to our letter dated January 13, 1976 Gentlemen:

The items discussed in the referenced letters were reinspected guringourinspectionconductedonFebruary 23-25, 1976.

Regarding the docucentation relating to pipe lugs BSH-88 and BSH-89, the inspector has now reviewed Packing List No.165-W which indicates acceptability of these components. These records appear to have beca on site prior to installation or use, and so this part of the item of nonco=pliance is withdrawn.

The documentation package relating to pipe spool piece 2-DH-124 has been reinspected and the results of this inspection indicate that one or more of the requirements of Specification 2555-64 were not met prior to installation or use as required by Criterion VII, Appendix B, 10 CFR 50.

Specifically, vidigage measurements were not available on site at the time of installation.

!

Therefore, this item is still considered to have been an item of nonco=pliance.

i Our inspector reviewed your corrective actions regarding these

'

matters during his inspection of February 23-25, 1976, and we have

'

no further questions.

I

.

Should you have any further questions, we would be pleased to I

'

discuss them with you.
