Areas examined during this inspection included the status of the preoperational testing program and the test program administrative control procedures. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of l
selective examination of operation and test procedures, the Bechtel Startup Manual, system release packages, interviews with plant per-sonnel, and observations by the inspectors.

Within the scope of this inspection, no items of nonco=pliance were identified.
