This refers to the corporate management meeting held on May 31, 1972, to discuss activities authorized by AEC Construction Permit No. CPPR-57 Areas discussed during this meeting included your plans for implementing,
the preoperational testing and startup testing program for Arkansas Nuclear'One, and our inspection program during the preoperational testing and startup testing of this reactor. It is our understanding that you intend to develop a quality assurance program for preoperational testing and plant operation that meets the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B.
