The licensee has committed to review the fire protection program and evaluate institution of a permit system and fire watch training.

The above items, a and b are considered unresolved.

Independent Inspection During this period, the inspector toured areas of the facility and observed the following items:

a.

Combustible materials were properly controlled.

b.

Flamable and combustable liquid and gas usage was restricted and controlled.

House keeping was maintained.

Fire brigade equipment, including emergency breathing. apparatus 'and protective clothing was properly stored and main.tained.
