The pur-pose of the conference was to discuss compliance with the regulatory re-quirements and your physical security inspection and enforcement history at Rancho Seco. The areas discussed during the conference are described in the enclosed report.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of your safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the
